Baartman Melinte Consulting was established in 2016 by Andy Baartman, with a commitment to delivering cost-effective and client-focused consulting and administration services to Canadian retirement and health benefit programs. We are committed to industry best practices, without the additional overhead costs of marketing, public / investor relations and prime real estate. This allows us to exercise our core values to the benefit of our clients and provide a high level of service at reasonable rates. Through our experience, creativity and client-focused approach, we create a true partnership with our clients.
Andy Baartman has been an actuary since 1988 when he received his fellowship from the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Up until February 2015, his career was spent working for Aon Hewitt and predecessor firms. While at Aon Hewitt, Andy acted as the resident multi-employer pension plan expert in their Toronto office, providing valuable advice to clients serviced by other Aon Hewitt consultants in other jurisdictions.
